401(k) & PROFIT SHARING

 

After completion of six months of service and attainment of the age 21, you are eligible to participate in the 401(k) & Profit Sharing plans.  Entry date for the plan is the first day of the month following completion of eligibility requirements.  The company matches a portion of employee contributions.

 

 

 

HEALTH INSURANCE

 

For the purpose of Medical Insurance, no prior service will be credited.  A completion of 90 days of uninterrupted service is required to be eligible when hired or re-hired.

 

 

 

LIFE INSURANCE

 

$10,000.00 Life Insurance Policy provided to each Employee, paid by the Company.
