After completion of six months of service and attainment of the age 21, you are eligible to participate in the 401(k) & Profit Sharing plans. Entry date for the plan is the first day of the month following completion of eligibility requirements.
Health Insurance
For the purpose of Medical Insurance, no prior service will be credited. A completion of 90 days of uninterrupted service is required to be eligible when hired or re-hired.
Life Insurance
$10,000.00 Life Insurance Policy provided to each employee, paid by the company.
